Policies
Our commitments
Delta aims to provide defect-free products to its customers on time and within budget. The organization operates a Quality Management System, including aspects specific to the provision of oilfield services.
Management is committed to developing and continually improving the Quality Management System and enhancing client satisfaction: ensuring customer needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled, communicating the importance of meeting all statutory and regulatory requirements, and reviewing quality objectives and internal audit results.
The structure of the Quality Management System is defined in the Quality Manual, which all personnel understand and follow. We comply with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, constantly monitor our quality performance, implement improvements when appropriate, and regularly review this policy for continuing suitability.
Delta recognizes the importance of environmental protection and is committed to operating its business responsibly and in compliance with all legal requirements relating to the provision of oilfield services, maintaining good relations with all regulatory bodies.
We carry out all reasonably practicable measures to meet, exceed or develop the necessary requirements: assessing and regularly re-assessing the environmental effects of our activities, training employees in environmental issues, minimizing waste, material and energy wastage, and promoting recyclable and renewable materials.
We reduce pollutants to water, land and air, control noise emissions, and minimize risk to the public and our employees from our operations. This policy is communicated to all employees, suppliers and sub-contractors, and is made available to clients and the public.
